Tarpon Fishing Expeditions

In July through October the Giant Tarpon begin to roam the Galveston Beachfront from Bolivar Pass to Freeport. This is the most anxiously anticipated time of the year for Saltwater Adventures. Our goal is to catch these giant silver kings.
Tarpon are the most powerful and exciting fish to catch in our opinion. The Tarpon are amazing acrobats and seem to dance on top of the water.
Tarpon will either hit drifted menhaden or plastic baits. When schools of Tarpon are rolling we throw artificial baits, such as large mirrolures and coastal hawks. Other species we catch at this time are Sharks, Jackfish, Kingfish, and Bull Reds.
